We’re a small, independent practice with a really welcoming atmosphere, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join our close-knit team.

What the Role Feels Like

As an independent practice, clinical freedom is something we take very seriously. You won’t be pushed to meet arbitrary targets or follow rigid corporate protocols. Instead, you’ll have the time and autonomy to work up cases to a high standard, build lasting relationships with our wonderful clients, and enjoy a varied, interesting caseload in a relaxed environment.

We’re passionate about advancing our clinical work and regularly invest in modern kit. For instance, we have a full laparoscopic surgical setup so you can offer advanced, minimally invasive procedures. We also have exciting plans for a physical building extension, which will let us expand our facilities, introduce new clinical services, and give the whole team even more room to grow.

Who You Are

​

We’re looking for an MRCVS-qualified vet who brings empathy, strong communication skills, and a true team-first mindset. Whether you’re an experienced vet with a passion for surgery or a confident recent graduate eager to develop your clinical skill set, you’ll find a supportive environment here. As long as you’re comfortable handling routine consultations and surgeries, and you share our dedication to high clinical standards, you’ll fit right in.
