Ordering Repeat Prescriptions

• We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for all repeat prescription requests.

• This allows enough time for medications to be ordered and prepared if they are not currently in stock.

• Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in delays.
   

Medication Checks​
 

For your pet’s safety and to comply with veterinary regulations, pets receiving long-term medication must have regular medication reviews.

• Medication checks are required every 3–6 months, depending on the medication and your pet’s condition.

• These checks allow the vet to monitor your pet’s health, ensure the medication remains appropriate, and make any necessary adjustments.

• Repeat prescriptions cannot be authorised if your pet’s medication check is overdue.
